No, our artwork may NOT be used for any retail, business or commercial ventures or on items that will be sold to make a profit. Such items include — but are not limited to — books, T-shirts, posters, coffee mugs, key chains, totebags, mouse pads or anything else that will be sold to make a profit.
However, you MAY use the artwork on materials that promote your church, its events and ministries. Such materials include brochures and newspaper and yellow-page ads. You MAY also use our artwork on items you sell to raise funds for your church, its ministries or non-profit groups. For example, items such as coffee mugs, T-shirts, calendars, totebags, etc. can be sold to raise money for things such as a mission trip, a food bank, a church remodeling project, new hymnals, choir robes, etc.

Our shipping costs vary depending on the dollar amount of your product order. Below are the shipping costs for all orders, excluding any periodical publication orders which are handled uniquely for each publication.

Second Day Air
If you would like to have your order sent by Fed Ex 2nd Day Air, add an additional $6.50 to the shipping and handling cost above. You can add this to your order by searching "Second Day Air" and adding it to your cart.
Next Day Air
If you would like to have your order sent Next Day Air, that is done on an individual basis and is done at the actual cost of shipping. You may call us at 1 800 992-2144 or email us at service@Comresources.com at our Customer Service Center so they can get the actual cost of shipping for you. They will need to know the shipping address and which items you would like to order for the exact weight. You should also let them know if you would like the order sent regardless of the cost of Next Day Shipping, or if they should notify you of the cost before proceeding with the order.
All orders received before 10:00 a.m. EST are shipped the same day for items that are in stock. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. EST are shipped the next business day. Most items are always in stock, unless it is a special pre-publication item that is specified to ship at a later date.
In the event of a back order you will be sent any items that are available at that time and back ordered items will be sent when they are available. In most cases, your account will be charged at the time the item is shipped.
If the only item you ordered is back ordered, we will notify you and give you an estimated shipping date.
Orders are sent Fed Ex Ground or First Class Mail (unless otherwise specified) and will arrive in approximately 7 - 10 days.
We've put appropriate security measures in place to protect you against the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. The site is secured through Thawte.

You can access your invoice online at any time. Simply log into website and select the My Account Link. You can then pull up your invoice by selecting the Check My Account Status button and clicking on the “View Invoice” link located under your order. From here you can view and print out your invoice at your convenience.
You either received an incorrect item from us, or did not receive the item at all.

If you would like to cancel a subscription you've started, you may simply write cancel on the invoice and return it by mail. Or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the address it was sent to, the publication name, and that you'd like it cancelled.
Ohio Sales Tax is collected on all personal orders that are shipped to an Ohio resident. The amount of the tax is determined by the county in Ohio where the product will be shipped. If you are an organization exempt from sales tax, we are required to have your exemption number or an Exemption Certificate on file.
If you are charged sales tax on your order and should not have been, please send us an email at service@ComResources.com with all the correct information, including the address the order was placed under. We'll take care of it and reply to you within one business day.
Some tips and help for you if you've never ordered online, or have never ordered from our store.
1. First you will want to select the items you want to order by either browsing through the categories of our site such as Children's Bible Signs, Wafer Seals, or Pastoral Resources. If you have a catalog in front of you while you're shopping, you can search by item number or product name to quickly get to the items you'd like to order. To add items to your order, click on Add to Cart. Don't worry, you can cancel incorrect items before you begin the Checkout process.
2. Be sure to select the correct quantity, and also the appropriate item whenever selecting from a drop-down menu such as Paper Version, CD Version, Downloadable Version, etc..
3. When you've selected all the items you wish to order, click on Checkout.
4. Fill in the contact information. If this is your first time placing an order with us, you may want to create an account with a Username and Password.
5. Review Your Order on the next page and enter your credit card number. All new customers are required to use a credit card.
6. Press Place Order, and press it only once. (THIS IS THE FINAL STEP and does send your order to our system.)
7. Read and print out, for your reference, the Thank You and Confirmation page.
If you receive an error message, or do not get the Thank You page, and feel that your order may not have gone through successfully, please send us an email at email@example.com with the exact error message you received and the name and shipping address of the order.
We will check on the order and reply to your email within one business day to notify you if the order has gone through.
A coupon code is a number that is attached to promotional pieces, and is typically five digits long.
This number helps us track how customers hear about our publications and products in order to better reach them in the future. Coupon codes also act as a queue for special offers that you may receive.

Due to the larger size of the roll for our White Round 1" Wafer Seals, please follow these steps to ensure that your seals will be dispensed smoothly.
Step 1: Remove your Wafer Seals roll from the box.
Step 2: Tear off a strip of roughly 100 seals (or approximately 5 loops) from the roll.
Step 3: Place the Wafer Seals roll in the dispenser. It should now sit nicely against the bottom of the dispenser.
Step 4: Follow the instructions provided to thread the roll and begin to dispense!
To access the Download link, go back to the Communication Resources website, and log into your account. Go to the "My Account" section and click on "Check My Account Status". Scroll down on that page and you'll see your order for the downloadable product with Download link. With that link you can download the file as many times as needed.
Once the product is downloaded, you will need to go and find where you saved it and double-click on it to complete the process and allow you to access the contents of the product.
